Any images used in CategoryM products are derivates from images in the public domain. It is believed that the use of these images does not violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other personal or proprietary rights.
Under some cases images may used may be used under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 License
Also images may be considered fair use of otherwise encumbered images when such images are a small portion of the original images and are of much lower resolution than the originals. Copies made from lower resolution are of very inferior quality.
In some cases the images may be original to CategoryM.

ScratcherInfo is not endorsed in any way by the Lottery Commission or other governing body of any state.
Means of Redress
In the unlikely event that an image is not legally available, then the owner of that image may contact SaveUrFave@gmail.com with information to show that the image is the property of the owner. After due diligence, the image will be removed from the specified product. Alternately, if the owner so desires, the owner may be credited.
